How to install pyqt for maya 2013

How to install pyqt for maya 2013?

1.Download python 2.6 https://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.6.6/python-2.6.6.amd64.msi (for 64 bit),
or https://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.6.6/python-2.6.6.msi (32bit)
2.install python 2.6
3.Download pyqt https://sourceforge.net/projects/pyqt/files/PyQt4/PyQt-4.9.6/PyQt-Py2.6-x64-gpl-4.9.6-1.exe/download (for 64 bit),
or https://sourceforge.net/projects/pyqt/files/PyQt4/PyQt-4.9.6/PyQt-Py2.6-x86-gpl-4.9.6-1.exe/download (for 32 bit)
4.install pyqt4
5.Go to "C:\Python26\Lib\site-packages\" and copy the all files then "C:\program files\autodesk\maya2013\Python\lib\site-packages\maya\"  paste all files and folders
6.Now open your maya 2013
7.Script editor
8.from PyQt4.QtCore import *
9.Done!!!
